Shipping & Delivery

How are shipping prices calculated?

Shipping prices are calculated by volumetric weight of the order’s shipping carton, and referenced from our respective shipping providers.

How much will it cost to ship my order internationally?

We carry a wide range of products and offer some choices in which shipping company to use. As such, the website may not always reflect the actual shipping cost. In such cases, you will be contacted within 1-2 working days from placing your order. You will have the option to accept or cancel the order when we contact you to advise of your shipping options and costs. Once the shipping costs have been accepted by you, and your payment has been made for the order, the sale will then be final. We will not be responsible for import duties, taxes and shipping insurance.

How long will it take for my order to reach me? (Singapore)

If the item is in stock, kindly allow 2-3 working days for orders to be processed and shipped out.

For pre-order items, kindly allow 7-10 working days for orders to be processed and shipped out.

For local (SG) delivery, orders will be fulfilled either by our delivery team or third party providers such as Ninja Van, Singpost, Ta-Q-Bin, etc which will typically require another 1-3 working days.

For International orders, we will get in touch with you by email within 1-2 working days to confirm your order and advise on shipping options and costs.

Shipping delivery times provided are estimates of typical delivery times. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, we will not have control over delivery times. You may contact the courier directly.

Note that delays in delivery are to be expected during holiday season or peak period.

How long will it take for my order to reach me? (International)

Kindly allow 1-2 working days for orders to be processed.

We will get in touch with you by email within 1-2 working days to confirm your order and advise on final shipping costs and import duties (where applicable).

How will I know my order has been received or shipped out?

A confirmation email will be sent to you once an order has been accepted and payment has been processed.

A second email will be sent to notify you once the package has been shipped out.

Will you under-declare the shipping value for customs?

We strictly do NOT under-declare order values.
